Objective of the study To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of butyrate glycerides (derivatives of butyric acid) against two common pathogenic bacteria in poultry:

Methodology In vitro tests were conducted to observe the inhibitory effect of butyrate glycerides on bacterial growth. Different concentrations were compared to determine dose-dependent efficacy.
